The Doran Arboretum at Murray State University

A tulip poplar,  Kentucky's state tree, will be planted as a lasting symbol of liberty, unity, and community in commemoration of the 250th Anniversary of the United States.

This event is part of the statewide Liberty Tree Project and Calloway County's Earth Day celebration.
