A Fun Program for Students in Grades 2, 3, & 4

The Calloway County Public Library is pleased to join Biology Students of Dr. Howard Whiteman of Murray State University to host a special Bluebird Program for students currently in grades 2nd, 3rd, and 4th on Tuesday, March 25, from 3:30 to 4:30 PM at the Calloway County Public Library.

Students will learn about bluebirds, their importance, and a few other birds they might see in their backyards. They will then have the opportunity to paint their handprints into bluebirds on birdhouses, which will be collected and put up at Murray Calloway County Central Park later this spring. Participants will also get to paint faux songbird eggs to take home.

The program is free of charge, and registration is not required.
